In This Episode:

I got to spend some time LIVE at the Smiles at Sea Dentistry’s Got Talent event with Cece O’ Bryan, a Front Office Rock Star! She talked about how she got to where she is today as well as the topic she spoke about during the event. This was Cece’s first ever presentation and she rocked it. She also shared the importance “smooth transition communication” between everybody in the dental practice. Passing the baton efficiently is key. We also learned some fun things about her as well. Thanks for sharing Cece!

More About Cece:

After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Computer Science, Cece worked for a small software firm in St. Paul until the dot com crash in 2002/2003. Soon after, she and her husband decided to relocate to a tiny town on the coast of Oregon and started O’Bryan Advanced Dentistry. To this day, Cece wears multiple hats in their successful practice. She’s not only a certified dental assistant, she is also the office manager. While managing their practice, travelling the world to dental lectures and events, and speaking to other married dental teams, Cece realized there is a real need for more training and consistency among office staff.
